与李连杰一起做公益、与壹基金一起启动“爱心1+1”工程,是对“一”的相同领悟，让两个传播公益、慈善的平台联手，并将释放更大的能量。壹基金关注社会民生，优酷献爱扶贫救孤，两个平台倾力搭建爱与公益的平台。我相信这个开始意义非凡。李连杰有一句令我印象深刻，就是最好的武器是微笑，最高的境界是爱，我也期待这次的联手能做到更好。

“一”是个很神奇的字，它是最简单的汉字，却承载了最深层的境界。“一”的梦想是一种分享，分享生命、分享爱、分享一家人的感受。如果“一”的境界被更多人认同，认同一的时候，对立面被消除，我们离天下一家的梦想就不远了。

      2005年11月1日，一个承载着我全部梦想的团队正式开始组建，这个名为合一（1Verge.Inc）的网络技术公司同时在境内外注册，这是一个梦想的开始——合一梦想。所谓合一，不仅是公司成立之初所规划的三网合一(互联网、电信网、广电网)的项目，其实，它还潜藏着我一个长久以来的愿望，听来或许抽象，是否可以想象一下全世界合一的景象？于是分享、互动、传递和延续成了，这几个关键词成了优酷（YOUKU.com）在中国第一视频网站以为的另一个标签。

      巧的是，2004年末，李连杰海啸生还，开始着手启动“壹基金计划”。这是一个听起来很简单，也很美好的理念：1人＋1元＋每1个月＝1个大家庭，集合每个人的力量帮助人类大家庭中需要帮助的人。

      合一梦想，壹基金，正是因为如此，我和李连杰因“一”而结缘，2008年11月，优酷与壹基金共同发起的“爱心1+1”慈善工程正式启动。

      明星投身公益慈善事业，早已不乏其人，李连杰跟他们的区别在于，他开创了一种全新的慈善理念，他创造了一种慈善的全新模式，所有的基金都是“先有鸡，后有蛋”，但是“李连杰壹基金”没有“鸡”，而是大家同时创“蛋”，“蛋再分蛋”。慈善事业由此上升到精神传递的境界——每个人在生命中都受过别人的帮助，那么我是不是也愿意来帮一帮别人？

      李连杰的公益行动真的令人称赞，他的壹基金所做的是一件积少成多的平民慈善，慢慢感召众人把慈善当作习惯。近年来，品牌和媒体的影响力对公益、慈善行动的影响越来越明显，像李连杰这样，用个人号召力打动了很多人关注、假如公益事业，而他本人的全身而进更令人感动，他的切身行动对慈善理念的普及起到了很重要的作用。

      说起公益行动，早在学生时代，我就从事过义工行动，这是很多美国学生的必修课，却影响了我以后的公益观念，助人即是爱生活。我的公益观也体现在优酷的公益理念和行动中：爱心视频捐助白血病少女房银银，视频《老人与狗》感召网友行动帮老人圆梦，聚焦冻灾区启动抗灾援助，聚合拍客力量开着震灾视频大报道……在这些行动中，优酷不只是一个视频播放平台，而是使命召唤了无数网友行动起来，凭借对爱与希望的信念传递爱心。
