56网CEO王建军：56网会坚持视频分享

近日56网宣布了新任CEO就任的消息，艾瑞网特别邀请到新任CEO王建军先生做客艾瑞访谈，畅谈就职后的发展规划以及视频行业的发展前景。以下是访谈全文：

　　艾瑞网：6月份56关闭长达一个月的时间，对于56关闭的原因众说纷纭，您能给我们一个答案么？

　　王建军：我在12月份刚刚加入56网，我了解到关闭56网是因为需要对内容进行整顿。56网从2005年4月成立至今，积累了非常庞大的视频数据。对所有的数据进行了整合和审理，需要很长的时间，同时当时公司对公司页面在进行重新规划和改版，56全新改版页面现在已经上线，因此对56网关闭了一段时间。

      而这件事情也反映出56非常重视视频内容的选择。一方面，56通过领先的视频技术，比如我们的视频质问识别技术，实现对视频内容的自动筛选，及时过滤并删除掉侵权和非法的内容，达到对用户上传视频的有效和高效管理；另一方面，我们的编辑和后台审核人员也严格遵循政府和监管部门的要求严格把关。

      艾瑞网：您之前在搜狐公司任高级副总裁，分管技术、搜索、游戏业务及图形天下，这个月刚刚加入56，是新任CEO，是56的哪些优势吸引您到任的？

      王建军：首先，我对视频分享行业很看好。从视频网站的商业模式和用户群来看，视频网站都有非常广阔的前景。加入56也是因为认可56的团队，之前也有过接触，我本人也是做产品和技术出身，我们在很多问题的分析和判断上都有共同的理念。我非常认可互联网的本质精神，即“分享”精神，用户参与而非简单的媒体形式。“互动和分享”是互联网精神最根本的体现，而web1.0时代以图文为代表表达的时代已经慢慢过去，未来一定是流媒体、多维图像表现的“分享”+“视频”的表达时代。

      56网从诞生开始一直定位在视频分享、用户参与包括社区，56的产品理念我是十分认可的。我本人对下一步视频方面的探索我也非常有兴趣参与。

      我觉得目前的视频行业很像2000年时的互联网，到底该往哪个方向走是大家共同关注的问题。在这个时候往往更需要冷静的分析，每次出现这种问题，都是一个公司在成为伟大的公司过程中的一种历练。

      艾瑞网：新官上任三把火，这三把火，您将如何去烧？

      王建军：56网6月到7月停止服务38天的确对用户造成了很大的影响，我也希望加入56之后能把这个影响降到最低。现在有些人对视频分享的前途产生了一些疑问，在投入上会受到一定影响，但是我和我的团队都认可视频分享的方向，因此56网改进了产品和服务，希望用户在56能得到非常好的用户体验，提高产品的品质，包括增加带宽。

      另一方面，目前视频网站的商业模式并不清晰，我希望可以在商业模式上进行一些创新，对此我非常有信心。互联网的发展离不开商业模式上的创新，比如搜索引擎商业模式的出现。在搜索引擎的商业模式出现之前，大家都非常困惑，搜索引擎拥有巨大的流量，但是流量并不能转化为商业利益。那么在视频网站上，是不是也会有类似的商业模式的创新，这是很有意义也很有挑战性的事情。目前56已经有一些思路，并开始操作，对此我们很有信心。

      艾瑞网：您一直在谈56网的视频业务，是不是可以理解为56网今后的发展方向和业务重点仍然是视频分享？

      王建军：56会坚持视频分享的道路。在视频分享的内涵上会有所扩大，而且在“用户分享”的基础上，除了网民上传内容的分享概念之外，56还跟电视台等机构合作，发布一些内容，拓展到了包括和版权公司、传统内容提供商、发行公司、各种版权机构和内容分销商的内容分享。这也是分享概念内涵的延伸。在商业模式上，我们会在各地发展一些代理商，共同推动视频网站广告模式的探索。这也是一个分享的概念。56的核心仍然是网民参与的分享模式，以此为基础，扩大分享的形式和内涵。

      艾瑞网：视频网站作为新兴的资本密集型产业，在当前经济危机中所受到的冲击无疑是巨大的，对于目前广为谈到的过冬问题，您有哪些想法？

      王建军：我认为经济危机对于企业发展来说是一件好事，能够让企业摆脱一些浮躁。对于企业来说，维持运营是生存的基础，这样来看，就不存在是否过冬的问题。对视频网站来说，前期投入较大，在商业模式还没有建立起来的情况下，亏损相对严重，因此业界对视频网站下一步的发展产生了疑问。

      我认为首先企业一定要节约，控制成本，这在发展顺利的时候企业的意识不会太强，经济危机来临之时，正好是个机会让企业深刻意识到节约的重要性。这是“节流”，那么第二点就是“开源”。对于视频网站来说，前期资金充足，对于盈利不是十分迫切，经济危机的来临加速了企业对于盈利的需求，商业模式上的创新也显得更加迫切和重要。从这个意义上来说，经济危机对视频网站的发展是好事。对于56网来说，成本控制一直不错，资金相当充裕。56网自成立以来，融资超过三千万美元，拥有足够的资金改善用户体验和探索商业模式。

      艾瑞网：您如何看待经济危机中网络广告市场的发展前景？

      王建军：长远来看，网络广告的发展前景非常好，当然经济危机对网络广告的发展会有一定的影响。我认为，网络广告在发展顺利的时候也需要有一些调整，包括如何改进网络广告的模式和为客户提供更好的服务。在顺境的时候，很难考虑到这些细节。回顾互联网的发展历史，我们不难发现，很多新的商业模式都是在经济危机的时候创造出来的。
