传统电视与新兴网络两大领域正在走向竞合

用电脑看电视以及用电视上网如今已不再新鲜。随着互联网技术的不断提高以及人们休闲娱乐方式的变化，传统电视和新兴的互联网两大领域也越走越近，既相互竞争也分享资源，呈现出竞合的新潮流。

      网络主动与电视联姻

      搜狐近日与安徽电视台共同宣布今后在品牌推广、内容服务、技术开发等方面开展全面深入合作。“网络媒体和电视媒体两个洪流在最近一两年开始汇合。我们这次合作是网络视频发展方面的一次深入探索，希望为推动国内这两大领域在未来的进一步融汇带来经验和借鉴。”搜狐公司董事局主席兼首席执行官张朝阳说。

      在国外，网络媒体和传统电视媒体的紧密合作也早已展开。据悉，视频共享网站YouTube去年6月就和美国一个拥有多家地方电视台的传媒公司合作，YouTube在各个频道中播出来自对方旗下五家电视台的电视节目，双方分享视频广告收入。

      这些新闻从一个侧面表明，电视和互联网各自作为传统和新兴媒体的代表近年来出现了不断靠拢和交叉的迹象。尤其是今年北京奥运会期间，互联网上大量的奥运视频，吸引了国内数以亿计的网民。“视频对奥运会的直播，是视频力量的展现。我们对视频非常重视，因为很早就看到这个趋势。”张朝阳说。另外，他认为，网络企业看重与电视台合作的重要原因在于，现在国内对于维权意识、打击盗版意识越来越强，因此今后视频内容会变得非常有价值。

      而消费者观看视频节目方式的变化，也在推动网络企业加强与电视台的合作。奥运会期间，众多门户网站花了数千万元人民币的资金来购买奥运会的直播。“为什么网络媒体愿意花这么多钱？因为现在有很多人通过网上看视频节目。随着带宽成本的降低和P2P技术的发展，年轻网民对互联网的视频很有黏性，形成了新的群体，所以我们很早就与电视台合作。”张朝阳说。

      电视向网络摇动橄榄枝

      与此同时，传统电视媒体也在向网络媒体摇动橄榄枝。“现在新媒体的发展非常迅速，我们应和新媒体进行战略合作，这样才可以延伸电视的收视率，并实现传统媒体和新媒体的优势互补、资源整合。”安徽省委宣传部副部长、安徽电视台台长张苏洲说。

      张苏洲认为，首先必须看到新媒体对于传统媒体的挑战和冲击，比如在广告市场、受众市场以及新闻信息的及时性上等。看不到这一点是目光短浅的。

      同时，也应看到新媒体和传统媒体各自拥有自己的受众空间。“比如说电视机，我躺在床上可以看电视，画面直观，现在数字电视发展很快，还可以点播、还可以互动。但新媒体，特别是网络媒体，也有自己的特点，它的交互性、海量信息，这个是传统媒体没有的。”张苏洲说。

      相关业内人士认为，今后一段时间，电视台传统的内容制作优势仍是网络无可比拟的，如果电视台在内容制作方面加大投入，网络新的渠道就能给它产生增值效果，从而会产生电视和网络的共赢。

      竞合成为主旋律

      就在电视和网络的合作增强之时，直面的竞争似乎也在增强，例如，视频电视正在对电视产业带来新的影响。

      近期，多家视频网站通过购买或合作方式进入电视剧市场。优朋普乐公司近日宣布启动国内最大的影视内容互联网发行平台——普乐网络院线。据了解，香港寰宇电影公司的百余部经典影片均独家在普乐网络院线播出。最近上映的由杜琪峰执导的电影《文雀》也与普乐网络院线在进行新片互联网数字发行合作。有报道说，普乐网络影院以与电影电视出品方分成的模式做电影电视的互联网发行。可以预料，如果网络视频的内容进一步走向丰富，网络与电视的竞争将进一步趋于激烈。

      国内最大的视频网站优酷网11月中旬宣布，与百家电视台及大型影视音乐公司成为联盟伙伴，目前已签约1000多家电视剧制作单位并获得40000部集影视剧的播映权。业内人士认为，如果这一模式能获成功，将逐步改变中国电视剧产业既往的运行方式。

      “但从长期趋势看，电视和网络仍将是既竞争又合作的竞合关系。技术的进步是不以人的意志为转移的。”张朝阳认为，技术进步会对以前的市场格局产生影响，包括网络媒体切分电视的传统观众市场。但另一方面，互联网的发展，使包括视频媒体、影视媒体的盘子更大了。传统媒体应该拥抱新媒体而不是抵制新媒体，在发展中各自寻找新的定位，找到自己的优势，然后在新格局下找到自己新的竞争力。“电视作为媒体之王，和电脑将会长期共存。”张朝阳说。
