站外视频嵌入播放器：优酷还是YouTube？

声明：(1)本文只提到YouTube和优酷两大视频分享网站;(2)关于视频搜索框的用户体验和运营策略;(3)很主观，别找茬。

今天在测试公司试运营的一个地方SNS项目(0319.me)时，对里面的视频分享功能很感兴趣，顺便引申一下，唠叨几句，不感兴趣的闪了：

YouTube站外视频嵌入播放器增加视频搜索功能已经有一段时间了，不过一直没有机会尝试，今天试了一下，体验非常好！
之前的站外视频嵌入播放器的视频搜索功能多数是在视频播放结束后才会出现，而YouTube这次将视频搜索框调整后，却让用户在一开始就能够使用，无论你是否已经开始播放视频。不同点只是在播放前默认显示视频搜索框，播放后会自动隐藏，在点击暂停或鼠标划过播放器上方时会自动显示出来。
各位看官不要小看2中提到的这个小细节，这可为Google节省了大量的推广费用，提高了用户的体验效果！！
首先、YouTube的视频搜索如果Google的搜索框一样，Google的搜索框采用免费策略，允许用户免费嵌入到网页中，但推广效果仍然一般；而YouTube仅仅这一个小功能增加，一夜间就将YouTube视频搜索推广到了万万家网站上，也难怪YouTube的搜索量会猛超Yahoo，成为全球第二(这还只是在调整视频搜索框显示情况之前的数据)。而这次将视频搜索框由播放结束后才能使用调整成任何时候都可以使用，将再次助力YouTube搜索使用量上一个台阶。
其次、YouTube的视频搜索框和国内的视频前后插播广告，哪个对用户的体验更好？自不必言，当然是搜索框了。
再次、YouTube播放器中的视频搜索框具有极强的针对性，须知道，不关心视频的，是不看视频的，而看视频的，必然会用视频搜索，无论现在的视频搜索技术是多么的不精准。
最后、棋高一招：如果是国内企业，比如优酷，就会考虑增加网站流量，将用户使用视频搜索框后显示的结果在新窗口中打开，这叫引导用户到优酷的网站，无可厚非；但YouTube的招式更高明：用户可以搜索，且搜索不会在新窗口中打开，依然是在当前播放器中。注：切莫因小失大。
用户体验不是喊在口中的，尊重用户啊，改善体验啊，都是扯谈！真正的尊重用户体验是在企业行为的结果中。
有褒就有贬，一点不足，可能是与Flash技术有关的，因为复制进去的中文就可以使用：YouTube和优酷的站外嵌入视频播放器中的视频搜索框都不支持中文搜索，这对于YouTube来说还可以“勉强理解”，但对于中文市场中的优酷，就要……汗一个……真不知道优酷增加的这个视频搜索是模仿别人：别人有，我也要有！还是自己的策略，连中文都不支持，中国用户还用什么啊！上线个产品功能自己都不先体验一下。
在第9点上，个人作为视讯网的职业编辑，有必要提醒视频行业的同仁们一句话：“在生物领域和互联网领域，有一点是相同的：克隆本身并不是坏事，只要对克隆有理性的认识、正确的目的和良好的心态。”
由于公司的0319.me项目采用的是UCH系统，在视频分享上面要求输入视频的页面网址即可，所以，我就想将站外的一个优酷视频分享一下，测试测试，结果，我找了半天，也没有找到这个站外优酷视频的原网址，没办法(如果还有办法的话，就是登陆优酷网，去搜索，但不保证能找到原视频)，只好复制观看完后的Flash地址，当成 Flash分享了。更让人郁闷的是，如果这个视频不播放完(当然你可以拖放到结尾，我试了好多次，都无法完全拖放到结尾，必须再看最后的几十秒中才可以结束视频)，你是无法分享的，除非看网页源代码。在这点上，YouTube支持播放视频时，点击视频就可以在其他窗口打开这个视频，且随时可以点击右下角，进行视频分享。注：这点纯属特殊使用，很多个人站长就比较喜欢优酷，因为可以在个人网站上嵌入视频，不担心用户会跑到优酷网站，因为跑过去也未必能够找到这个视频。
站外视频嵌入播放器，功能及体验，应根据情况开发，再不行的，问个专业人士，比如我，哈哈！见笑了。
YouTube的站外视频搜索框策略，很值得我们学习，一个字：牛！
