Youtube给视频内容添加版权标签      在美国，Youtube从去年开始研发一套新的版权系统。通过后台的搜索技术，为存在于服务器上的所有视频内容添加版权标签，并为之构建一套单独的数据库，目的在于自动分析某段视频内容的版权归属于哪家公司，并以此作为未来与该公司进行利益分享的评判标准。尽管这样的系统目前还处于测试阶段，但多数业内人士均认为这样的思路是未来版权拥有方和视频网站取得一致的重要方向。

      “Youtube的做法是不管这段视频由谁提供上传，只需要通过系统认清其版权归属。”程天宇说，“如果系统得到完善，最终所有视频网站上的内容都会在后台被打上版权标签，被播放的次数、由此产生的收益都可以一目了然。根据这样的数据，视频网站和版权方都可以计算出一个明确的收入数据并互相分享。当然，前提是版权拥有方提前和视频网站达成合作协议。”

      不过古永锵（博客）认为，这只是一种方式而已，并不能解决视频网站的所有问题。“这样的模式适用于很多经典的老电影，但对于新上片的一些产品，片商会有更多其他的考虑。”古永锵说，“所以这样的‘版权标签系统’只是视频网站努力的一个方向，理想状态下的版权生态链应该是更广范围内的深度合作关系。”
